Digital previews are free.
You can generate and preview your portraits at no cost before you ever pay. We encourage you to approve your preview before purchasing.
Made-to-order items.
Because every printed piece and apparel item is custom-made to order from your approved portrait, these items are not eligible for return or refund for buyer's remorse or an incorrect approval. Please review your preview carefully before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the portrait you approved, contact us at paintedalways@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will reprint or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
Digital downloads.
Digital download purchases are final once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
